• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• ¾ cup water
• ¼ cup avocados, peeled and diced into small pieces

Before you start to prepare the ingredients, you should place your oven to 400 degrees F and give it time to heat it up. While the oven is heating, you will need a large mixing bowl.
